QAID's DNA-microarray platform handles plant, microbial, meat, and seafood matrices. Whether you're verifying a botanical extract, screening for microbial contamination, or authenticating a meat or seafood blend, our five QAID microarray products, analyzed in the QAID App, cover each of these applications.

A single microarray run can screen for many target species in one sample at once. Conventional PCR is limited to a small number of targets per reaction, so multi-species mixtures typically require multiple sequential tests.

QAID is built for your own laboratory, but we can run a small number of samples on request, for example to evaluate a product before you set it up.

QAID App results include the assay controls, confidence metrics and supporting signal data needed to document a result for audit and regulatory review. Whether a result is accepted for a particular submission depends on the regulator and on your laboratory's own quality system.

Your results stay private to your organization in the QAID App, and we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any evaluation, training or consulting work begins.

Microarray products are ordered directly from QAID; there is no online checkout yet. Tell us the product, how many slides you need and where they are going, and we'll confirm pricing, lead time and shipping. A first order is usually arranged alongside your setup review. See getting started.

QAID slides are read on a compatible microarray scanner in your own laboratory. If you already have one, we confirm compatibility and the export settings the QAID App expects before you order. If you don't, our scientists advise on what is suitable. More in how QAID works.

Yes. Every QAID microarray result is analyzed in the QAID App, and access is by subscription, designed for use with QAID microarray products. Your team works under your own organization account and your results stay private to it. See the QAID App page.
